For Crown Sectioning (Straight Bur): 

• Use the straight bur to create a bucco-lingual cut across the the zirconia crown. Gently expand the cut with a crown remover or spreader like Christensen Crown Remover.  

For Access Opening (Round Bur): 

• Use the round bur to initiate and widen the access opening during endodontic entry through zirconia crowns. Start with a light brush technique to avoid slippage, then deepen progressively while maintaining visibility and control.

• Always use high-speed handpieces with adequate water spray.  
• Replace burs when efficiency drops to maintain cutting precision.  Recommended to wear magnification for better control during use.
