IS THERE A SHIPPING FEE?
We offer free standard shipping for order over INR 3000 across India.
A flat fee of INR 100 is charged on all orders below INR 3000
WHAT ARE THE DELIVERY TIMEFRAMES?
All orders are shipped out within 1-2 business days of purchase from our warehouse in Mumbai, India.
Delivery time frames are in addition to order processing times.
Note: During sale periods all order are dispatched from the warehouse within 3-5 business days.
HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY ORDER?
All orders placed prior to 11am IST will be dispatched on the same business day. However, during sale and promotional periods, there may be a slight delay in the dispatch of your order.
In addition to the processing time, the estimated delivery time is 7-10Â business days.
We have a pick-up option in Mumbai. To opt for this method, please select ‘Local Pickup’ during the checkout process. (You will receive a what’s app once your order is ready to be picked up) you may schedule the pick-up from our office in Bandra West, Mumbai. (Address of the office is mentioned on the home page) Please note our pick-up timings are Monday to Friday between 11:00 – 5:00 PM. Note: The method will not be available during sale periods.
WHERE DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?
We ship to all countries which supports PAYPAL as payment option.
Kindly share your requirement along with your address (Pin code is mandatory) and on info@mikdental.in and we shall get back to u.
We will share a link with u for the payment via PAYPAL and after the receipt of payment we shall dispatch your order.
WILL I HAVE TO PAY DUTIES & TAXES?
International orders (outside India) may be subject to duties and taxes by your local customs office when your order arrives in the destination Country. These will be billed direct by the shipping partner and they will contact you direct to arrange payment.
For an estimate of these charges, we recommend using a customs calculator or contacting your customs office.
MIK DENTAL cannot be held responsible for any additional charges on your order, nor can we accept a return of the order in this case.
We are legally required to declare the full value paid on all MIK DENTAL orders and must include the correct invoice for customs should they request this information.
