Please note, the above returns policy applies to all purchases made via MIK DENTAL website.
If your return meets our conditions outlined above, please follow the below steps to lodge your request:
Please pack the product in its original packaging with all the original tags and ship it to us. Please note if we receive the items in any other packaging, we will not be able to accept the return.
Remember that you must send the items you wish to return within 7 days from the shipping date of your order, before the exchange period expires. Items are eligible for exchange only once.
Returns may take up to 3 to 5 business days from the date of delivery to be assessed and processed by us. Once your return has been processed, you will receive a notification via email/what’s app with the store credit.
The credit amount for returns apply to the purchase price of the products only. Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable. Return shipping charges are deducted from the credit amount.
Store credit notes are valid for 6 months from the date of issue.
We sincerely apologise for any inconvenience caused by receiving a product. Our warehouse team do ensure all items are subject to a quality control prior to dispatch.
In the unlikely case that you do receive a faulty, damaged or incorrect item, please contact info@mikdental.in with images of the product so our team can assess further. Please include your order number and any images of the fault/incorrect item and we will work with you to resolve it as soon as possible.
Sales items that are marked down and not purchased as ‘Final Sale’ can be returned for store credit.
Items marked as ‘Final Sale’ cannot be returned and are not eligible for store credit or exchange, unless the items are deemed faulty.
